Waterways
Through Mural Arts Philadelphia’s A2O Residency Program (Art & Artists Oudoors), a partnership with the City of Philadelphia Department of Parks & Recreation, young community members of the Wright Recreation Center in Mantua learned about the local watershed. They traced the flow of water as it moves through their neighborhood and created artworks exploring concepts around Water. Their images culminated into a Youth Designed Mural that represents the paths of Waterways through Philadelphia.
